St. Augustine

To continue our last visit of the main land, we spent the rest of our holiday weekend in St. Augustine and at the TPC Sawgrass Marriott.  St. Augustine is the oldest city in the US.  It has lots of history and a great little place to visit.  We saw the famous lighthouse, fort, and pirate museum.  We even ran into Taris' instructor and wife (from his time in Afghanistan).  It really is a small world.  We had a great time exploring this quaint town.

This bucket was weighted, so that you could see how
heavy the oil was that the caretaker had to carry up the
stairs of the lighthouse.  It was NOT lite!
